Kids Group Yoga (Value $100)

Enjoy a customized yoga session for 10 people from Ayaressa Wellness Company and a lululemon yoga mat. The session will be tailored for all physical bodies. The session will be online using Google Meet. Ayaressa Wellness Company, which uses yoga along with research-based neurological techniques to promote and maintain holistic wellness for all age groups. Their kids’ yoga classes help to calm children and prepare them to be alert and ready to learn through simple breathing tools and mindfulness techniques.

Online yoga will be facilitated by Ann-Marie Anie, who has her Masters in Education, and more than 16 years of classroom and community experience and yoga teacher certification.
The yoga session could be for kids, ages 5-10, or adults.

Kids class length : 45 min.

After the session, Ann-Marie will facilitate a discussion about Ayurvedic food options and nutrition. For kids, we’ll listen to read alouds with positive thematic messages.
These sessions have helped many people overcome physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges while allowing them to return to a feeling of well-being.
